The New Google Forms
When the new Google Forms came out, I wasn't sure I liked it. Changes happen, especially with Google products and new rollouts. So, it was just a matter of mindshift and working with the transition. Google works hard to not be evil and they want to make their products as easy to use as possible. The new forms does just that.
Moving a question:
Click at the top of a question and move it to its desired location. Can be a bit tough if you have lots and lots of questions, but that is why we have Sections.
Moving Sections:
So, moving sections has become a bit more difficult since support for the Page Mover addon has stopped (at least to my understanding.) If it is still available, get it. It can save some headaches when moving sections around.
Setting questions to move to a section based on answer:
This is helpful for a variety of reasons:
- You have a form for parents that moves to a section based on the language they choose.
- You want to guide students through a quiz based based on their answer. Wrong answers take them to an intervention page.
- Choose your own adventure. Forms 3.0.
